We are not responsible for the shipping cost and any custom fees or duties tax charged on your packaging for international orders.

If the package is sent back to us, we will have to charge a re-shipping fee (costs depends on your location).

We accept return policy within 30 days. Please make sure the wig is unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging.

(1)If the reason for the return is from our factory, we provide FREE return service.

(2)If the reason for the return is from customer, the shipping costs need to be paid by yourself.

*Custom wigs are not eligible for return policy.

Exchange service will be accepted within 30 days that the lace is uncut, and the products are in original condition.
